Minty Pom from Stur

'Minty Pom' – Cranberry & Pomegranate Cocktail

With the juniper berry giving gin its distinctive flavour, cranberry makes a great acomplyment in a cocktail. Hydrating sparkling water infused with the suble addition of fresh mint makes this drink truly refreshing. Subtly sweet with a slight bitter taste to give your taste buds a treat. Healthy and full of antioxidants including vitamin C and satisfying with or without the gin.

Cranberry Pomegranate

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 litre sparkling water
  • 6 servings (9.6ml) of Stur ‘Clearly cranberry pomegranate flavour’
  • 100ml gin

Method:
1. Use a generous handful of fresh mint leaves, clapped together in your hands to release the flavour. Add the mint to a large jug.
2. Simply pour the sparkling water over the mint leaves.
3. Add 6 servings of Stur cranberry pomegranate flavour.
4. Lastly, pour in 100ml of gin and gently stir.
