Healthy Pina Colada Recipe With Stur

The delicious taste of the Caribbean in a new healthy recipe: Rum, oat milk, vanilla and Stur coconut cocktail

Free from wheat & dairy. No added sugar. Vegan.

A deliciously creamy oat milk based cocktail, lightly sweetened with coconut flavoured Stur and an added kick of real vanilla. White rum is the perfect combination if you are looking for an alcoholic cocktail. For an alcohol free option, simply exclude the rum and enjoy a healthy mocktail containing over 280% of your RDA of vitamin C!

Pina Oaty Colada

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 vanilla pod (or ˝ tsp. vanilla extract)
  • 1 litre oat milk (sugar free oat milks contain the following ingredients: water, oats, sea salt)
  • 6 servings (12ml) of Stur ‘Coconut Water Original’
  • 100ml white rum
  • 10 ice cubes

1. Cut open the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the small black vanilla seeds.
2. In a blender or cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients to evenly distribute the vanilla flavour.
3. Blend with ice for a cold refreshing long cocktail.
